Enrollment Information
What makes a child eligible to enroll?
Mecca Early Learning Center (MELC) serves ages 1-year to 10-year old children only.
​
We require the children in our Pre-K program must be fully (90%) potty trained, able to follow directions and able to eat independently with at least one utensil.

Our In-Home Family Daycare programs are intended for ages 1-years-old to 10-years-old.
​
Our Pre-K and Private Preschool programs are intended for potty trained ages 3-years-old to 5-years-old.
Our Before & After School programs are intended for ages 6-years-old to 10-years-old.
My child is 2.5 years old, when can we apply for the Pre-K program?
We strongly encourage EARLY enrollment to secure your child's placement.

Due to Mecca Early Learning Center (MELC) having small classes, we recommend families apply for enrollment in advance.
​
Please complete an application, you will not be charged the application fee.
Types of Schedules Available
Mecca Early Learning Center (MELC) offers
2, 3, 4 and 5-day schedules.
​
We offer an In-Home Family Daycare program that offers a set activity schedule,
Monday - Friday. Some in-home daycare programs offer weekend, evening and night availability, as well as custom schedules.
​
We offer a Half-Day Pre-K program from 9:00am to 12:00pm, Monday - Friday.
​
We offer a Full Day Private Preschool program from 8:00am -4:00pm, Monday - Friday. Morning & Evening Extended Care Options are available.
​
We offer Before & After School programs,
with varied times by locations.
How Much is Tuition & Fees?
Mecca Early Learning Center (MELC) offers various schedule options at varied prices and locations.

Your Enrollment Coordinator will provide detailed information regarding specific rates & fees for the inquired program.

The Application Fee varies
for all programs in all states.

Does my child have to be potty trained?
Mecca Early Learning Center (MELC) currently requires that all Pre-K students in attendance be 90% potty trained by the start of care to be eligible for enrollment.
​
Each child will be required to complete (2)
on-site visits before full acceptance is determined.
​
If the child has special needs, the program will make an exception with medical documentation based on specialized support staffing availability.
