Get Free or Reduced Child Care by signing up with DES Child Care. The majority of single-parent households are approved and some dual parent households are approved. Approval is based on income.

The Quality First Child Care Scholarship Program is a signature program of First Things First which supports high quality early learning experiences for children birth to five to ensure they are healthy and ready to succeed in school. Scholarships support families who are working, attending school or choosing to place their child in a quality early childhood education setting. To aid families impacted by the pandemic, the City of Phoenix created the City of Phoenix Airport Worker Child Care Scholarship Program. The program is designed to help provide safe, quality, and affordable child care so that airport workers are able to return to work as our community emerges from the pandemic. The program is available to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Badged Workers who are parents/guardians of young children, ages birth to 5, not yet eligible for kindergarten.
