Innovate & Create
The power of turning ideas into reality is a tool that will be given into each and every child at Three Diamonds.
​
Each day the children will participate in an "Innovate & Create" project that encourages each child to create and develop a project from their imagination and make it a reality based on a theme and/or topic the teacher has provided.
​
The projects will vary in style, size and type but will include Arts & Crafts, STEM, Mixed Media, Sculpture and more!
​
Our goal is that the children use their "Innovate & Create" tool for a lifetime.

What are the Program's Hours of Operation?
Our daily program schedule is
Monday - Friday
from 9:00am - 12:00pm

How Many Children & Teachers are in Each Group?
Our class capacity at each location is
10 children
with (1) Teacher and (1) Teacher Aide,
if available.
​
Do the children have to be potty-trained?
Yes. we require that all children be fully potty trained before the start of care.
​
What ages does the Three Diamonds program accept?
We accept ages 2yrs old to 4yrs old.
​
Are meals provided?
We provide (1) mid-morning/early afternoon vegan/vegetarian snack per day.
​
Is there a required minimum of days that I must enroll?
Our program is currently offering 2-day, 3-day, 4-day
and 5-day program schedules.
​
How much does it cost?
We currently charge $22.50 per day.
​
Do you except ERDC, DES, DHS, Child Care Links payments?
Yes, we do.
​
Do you offer a sibling discount?
Yes. We offer a sibling discount AND a relative discount for cousins and etc. equally at 3% off of tuition schedule of 4-days or more only.

Is there an Application Fee?
Yes. We charge an application fee of $25.00 per child.

Do you perform Criminal Background Checks on your staff and/or employees?
Yes. All staff and/or employees that will have contact with the children undergo a criminal background check, a physical medical screening and complete a series of training before the start of employment.

What types of Projects are the Children Doing?
Each day the children will complete a project with their hands, feet -or- whatever their imagine musters up
based off of the topic the Teacher has chosen for the day.
Projects will vary between Arts & Crafts, STEM, Sculpture, Mixed Media and it may even be a song or a dance
they created and innovated!

The focus is bringing their ideas and thoughts to life - to develop the pattern of "ideas can become reality"
into adulthood.

How do we teach the children - by allowing them to learn through play?
The Teacher will pick a topic of educational interest for the day and/or week. Based on the interest, she will customize the learning environment to provide
related books, toys, games and puzzles to the chosen topic.
​
The Teacher will create workstations that will encourage the children to exercise math, reading, writing, art and STEM skills, but will allow the children to explore the areas by their independent choice and interest.
